We offer class Tuesday/Thursday 5:30am in person 6:45am in person 8:15am- On zoom and FB live 9:20am- in person
*Two days a week in person through December 20th (34 classes)- $460
Drop in fee: Free the first time! $15 a class after that.
It makes financial sense to make a commitment to weekly classes!
You can bring a new friend for free to class anytime you want!

. I am totally flexible on day and time switches. Whatever gets you coming often and working hard is fine with me. If it works online some days, early morning somedays and later morning others, that works for me. Payments broken up by months if needed
YOU CAN START ANYTIME! We will prorate if we are in middle of a session.
Classes last one hour from start to finish including warm up and cool down.You can expect a different workout every time. Each class will contain a mix of cardio and strength building with the intention of getting your heart rate up often, with short breaks in between. We do things like Sprints Burpees Pushups Lunges Squats Mountain climbers Jumping Jacks Planks and 150 things! We do indoor and outdoor sets depending on weather.
We'll do Tabata style workouts, rotation stations, team or partner workouts, 100's, Pyramid workouts and much more! You will not get bored and we will keep you on your toes! If you have injuries or need accommodations Lisa is always happy to find an alternative exercise for you. Each class can be tailored to your specific needs.
