Who is Lisa of "Lisa's Booty Kickin' Bootcamp?

My name is Lisa and I've been leading BootCamp in Willow Glen for over 12 years. I am a full time Youth Pastor for teenagers, 11-18 years old at the church where I lead BootCamp! This fitness business sprung out of my desire to help parents of students I work alongside get healthy, motivated and in shape. Little by little the BootCamp grew and we now have 8 classes a week for anyone in the area. We have had members from all walks of life and each of them has gained strength, increased their cardiovascular health
and gained confidence in their abilities.
My passion for health and fitness started long before leading BootCamp classes. I have been an avid runner for a dozen plus years and have a big interest in a variety of workout styles and methods to achieve maximum health benefits for myself and for others. People always ask if I'm the "yelling" type of BootCamp instructor and what my "style" of teaching is. Most would say that I am intense and firm but authentic and understanding as well. I am going to push you to physical place that is uncomfortable
because that is how you will improve, but I will do it in a way that is encouraging. I'll respect your boundaries but expect the most effort you can give me. I am certain you will be challenged and that each workout will be intense in the midst of it but make you proud of yourself as you drive home.
